1. How long does delivery take for my order?
Due to global supply chain challenges, our delivery times are currently between 5 and 15 business days. To accommodate our customers, all orders are shipped with free delivery.
2. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor the delivery status at any time.
3. What should I do if I have not received my order yet?
If the above-mentioned delivery period has passed and you have still not received your order, please contact us via our contact form. We will immediately investigate the issue and provide an update.
4. I would like to exchange/return my order – how does it work?
If you want to exchange or return a product, please always email us first at support@miando.ch

- Please include your details and the reason for the return or exchange

5. How much are the return shipping costs?
To keep our prices as fair and low as possible, the return shipping costs to our warehouse in Asia are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your chosen courier service for exact pricing.
6. Under what conditions can I return my product(s)?
You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it, provided that:
- The return period has not expired
- The item is in its original packaging and all tags are attached
- The item has not been used
- The item is returned with a trackable shipping method
Once we have received and checked your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear, tights, sleepwear, and personal care products.
7. Which payment methods can I use?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, TWINT, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed through secure and reliable payment systems.
8. What if I did not receive a confirmation email for my order?
Please check your spam folder first. If you still cannot find the confirmation, contact us through the contact form and we will assist you promptly.
9. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancellations are possible within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as quickly as possible via the contact form and include your name, order number (e.g., #0000), and the reason for cancellation
