Return Policy

At MIANDO, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to assist you. Our priority is to ensure that our customers are happy with both our products and service.

Return Period: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The return request must be submitted and the goods shipped back within this period.

Processing Returns: Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will initiate the refund within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
If you would like to return or exchange a product, please contact us first by email: support@miando.ch

Subject line: Return [Order Number] + [Name].

Please include your order details and the reason for the return or exchange. It is important that you contact us beforehand, as the return address may vary depending on where your order was shipped from.

Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours.

Refunds:
After receiving the item, we will review it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Refunds are approved if the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging
  • Refunds for faulty or incorrectly delivered products will be approved after verification

Refund Timeframe: Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Refund Method: Refunds will only be processed to the payment method used when placing the order.

Shipping & Costs:
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost during return transit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after being placed.

If a package is not collected by the customer, it will be returned to us. In such cases, the customer may request a refund but will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Damaged Items:
In case of damaged items, please provide clear photos or a short video showing the issue. Images should be taken on a flat, well-lit surface so the damage can be clearly seen. This allows us to resolve your request quickly and prevent similar issues in the future. Please notify us immediately after receiving a damaged product.

Exclusions – Hygiene & Electronic Products:
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of products that are intended for direct body contact. This includes (but is not limited to) underwear, oral care items (e.g., toothbrushes, dental products), and other personal care products.

For items containing electronic components or batteries, we cannot accept liability for malfunctions or damage once the product has been used. We strongly advise checking the product immediately upon delivery. After use, we cannot provide refunds for defects or damages.

If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days and we will assist you.
